Kelly M. Lyden
Kelly practices in the firm’s public finance and taxation, commercial, construction, and real estate practice groups. Kelly represents school districts, community colleges, and municipalities before the Property Tax Appeal Board and the circuit court. She represents clients in the areas of real property taxation, valuation, tax rate objections, and assessment appeals. Kelly also represents clients in the areas of commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Robbins Schwartz, Kelly worked as a judicial law clerk for the Milwaukee County Circuit Court in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
