Kathleen Elliott

Kathleen Elliott counsels and represents municipalities, park districts, school districts and other units of local government and their advisory boards and commissions in all aspects of local government law, including drafting ordinances, Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information Act compliance, board governance, contracts, intergovernmental agreements, annexation, zoning, planning, development and redevelopment, finance, and personnel matters.
