Joseph Perkoski served as facilitator and panelist at the 5th Annual Employment Law Conference sponsored by the Law Bulletin, September 16, 2010. He joined the Honorable Arlander Keys, Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Roberta Levinson, Abrahamson Vorachek & Levinson, and Lori Vanderlaan, Best Vanderlaan & Harrington on the Discrimination & Retaliation panel. Mr. Perkoski focused his discussion on developments in the area of age discrimination claims, including recent case law decisions impacting employer benefits/retirement plans.
