The recent Resolution passed by ISBE Supporting In-Person Instruction, and the May 24th ISBE FAQ make clear that Illinois schools will be fully in-person for the 2021-2022 school year. This presentation will discuss the impact of the Resolution on remote instruction offerings, both from a student and personnel perspective, the relevant provisions in the School Code that allow school districts to offer remote instruction for more students than the ISBE resolution allows, and how to address and process homebound service requests.
