We will also look at the anticipated reaction to the mandate by unions, employees, and students. The webinar will include a panel discussion on legal and practical considerations related to the Governor’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, the testing alternative, bargaining implications, options for students enrolled in in-person classes, and possible staff or student non-compliance. This webinar will be in a structured question-and-answer format.
