Please join us as we discuss and answer frequently asked questions related to return to school including ISBE’s June 23, 2020 Joint Guidance and Senate Bill 1569. The webinar will include a panel discussion on legal considerations related to staffing, bargaining implications, attendance, special education, and how to safely transition back to school. The panel will also touch on what social distancing or other restrictions may look like in the school setting to ensure the safety of all individuals as we transition back to the classroom.
