Webinar Description:
This webinar covers a plethora of student and special education legislation recently passed, awaiting the Governor’s signature. We will discuss the legislative changes impacting 22 year old transition students, as well as the practical considerations associated with such. We will also review the isolated time out and restraint revisions, new discipline and restorative justice provisions, and attendance and curriculum requirement changes.
