No Ruling Today…

As the day draws to a close, we thought it was important to advise that Judge Grischow has not issued any rulings on either the motion for a temporary restraining order related to masking and exclusion of students or the motion for a temporary restraining order relating to employee testing/vaccination and masking. We are continuing to monitor the litigation and will advise if a decision is issued. As always, we are prepared to render immediate assistance upon the announcement of the ruling.
