Judge Grants TRO in School COVID-19 Litigation
At approximately 5:00 p.m. on February 4, 2022, Judge Grischow issued a 29-page order granting plaintiffs’ motions for a temporary restraining order in both the student and employee cases in which plaintiffs challenged the state’s COVID-19 mitigation measures for schools. We are currently analyzing the order and its impact on both named and non-named parties….
