Eliza B. Kaye

Eliza practices in the area of education law with a focus on student matters. She counsels school districts and colleges regarding issues such as student discipline, Title IX, student records issues, and policy development. She assists school districts and colleges in responding to complaints from the Office for Civil Rights, Office of the Attorney General, and Illinois State Board of Education.

Prior to joining Robbins Schwartz, Eliza practiced labor and employment law as well as education law in Buffalo, NY.
