To help us devote more time to serving your needs, we have installed new measures to protect our e-mail accounts from receiving these unsolicited "junk" e-mails and commercial advertisements. After the new system is installed, when you send one of us an e-mail, you receive an automated e-mail response asking you to validate your identity. To ensure that your original e-mail message is delivered to us in a timely manner, please follow the directions outlined in the automated response. You should receive an automated response to validate your identity within one minute after you send your first e-mail. However, this automated response may fall into your own "spam folder". We ask that you check your spam folder if the automated response is not immediately delivered to your "inbox," and follow the same directions. You will only need to validate your identity once. Once you register yourself as an approved sender, all your future e-mails will be immediately delivered to us.
