Partner Kenneth M. Florey presented on "Constitutional Challenges to Zoning Ordinances" on Wednesday, October 6^th at the DuPage County Bar Association’s Local Government Committee MCLE program.  The session focused on the current issues facing local governments in regards to zoning ordinances.

Partner Kenneth M. Florey was appointed chair of the DuPage County Bar Association Local Government Committee.  The DuPage County Bar Association advances the practice of law and promotes the legal professional through community service and legal education.

Heidi A. Katz & Maryam T. Brotine presented “Legal Issues in Clinical Education” at the Clinical Faculty Academy, put on by the Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council.
