Topic Description:

On May 6, 2020, the U.S. Department of Education released its final Rules governing how educational institutions must address allegations of sexual harassment and other sex-based misconduct under Title IX.  School districts will need to take significant action steps to prepare for the Rules’ August 14, 2020 effective date, including making policy and procedure revisions and providing training for employees.  Join us for a comprehensive analysis of the new Regulations, along with helpful tips for school districts to prepare for implementation of the new Rules in the coming months.
