Kerri L. Feczko

Kerri practices in the area of labor and employment law. She counsels and represents employers in all aspects of employment law including employee discipline, labor relations, and federal and state employment discrimination matters under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act,  Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Illinois Human Rights Act, Title VII, and other federal and state anti-discrimination and wage laws. Kerri has also litigated employment matters in both federal and state court as well as before various administrative agencies and state departments.

Prior to joining Robbins Schwartz, Kerri represented and advised individuals with civil rights and employment law claims.
