Jennifer practices in the area of labor and employment law. She counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law including employee discipline, labor relations, and federal and state employment discrimination matters under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Illinois Human Rights Act, and Title VII.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer represented employers and their insurance carriers in matters before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission. Both during and after law school, Jennifer worked in the legal department at one of the largest public sector labor unions in Illinois.
