Czarina is a litigator who focuses her practice on defending governmental officials and entities in civil rights, tort, and employment cases in state and federal court.
Prior to joining Robbins Schwartz, Czarina served as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney, where, at the trial level, she tried over 50 bench trials and four jury trials to verdict. At the appellate level, she drafted 23 appellee briefs to the First District Illinois Appellate Court, argued twice before the Appellate Court, and three of her cases were published: People v. Gibbs, 2016 IL App (1st) 140785, People v. Timothy M. (In re D.M.), 2016 IL App (1st) 152608, and People v. Romanowski, 2016 IL App (1st) 142360.
During law school, she worked as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Mathias W. Delort of the First District Illinois Appellate Court.
