Practice Area: Education

Caroline Roselli practices in the areas of special education law and student rights. She counsels school districts concerning student discipline and expulsion, student records, student's rights and other student-related matters. She counsels and represents public school districts at IEP meetings, due process, mediation and student expulsion and residency hearings. She also counsels school districts regarding student records, residency determinations and content of board policies and student handbooks.

Prior to joining Robbins, Schwartz, Caroline worked as an Assistant Public Guardian at the Cook County Public Guardian's Office in the Juvenile Division.
