Howard Metz counsels and represents school districts, community colleges, park districts and municipalities with respect to real estate, commercial transactions, construction law and land use and zoning matters. He has resolved construction cases involving issues such as disputed architectural fees, construction defects, bidding disputes and construction delays. Howard also has litigated issues involving zoning laws and municipal control over school property.
