Practice Area: Labor & Employment

Brett A. Harvey practices in the area of labor and employment law. He represents public and private clients in cases involving discrimination, employee performance, discipline and termination, as well as arbitration, labor negotiations, grievances, defending unfair labor practice charges and other union matters. Brett also advises clients on wage and hour issues and workplace policies and practices.

Prior to joining Robbins, Schwartz, Brett primarily concentrated his practice in the area of labor and employment law for private and public sector clients.
