She counsels school districts concerning student discipline and expulsion, student records, student's rights and other student-related matters. She counsels and represents public school districts at IEP meetings, due process, mediation and student expulsion and residency hearings. She also counsels school districts regarding student records, residency determinations and content of board policies and student handbooks. Prior to joining Robbins, Schwartz, Andrea was the Salisbury post-graduate clinical teaching fellow with the Civitas ChildLaw Clinic at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She also has worked as an Assistant Public Guardian with the Office of the Public Guardian of Cook County, Illinois. Education
