Camille Cribaro-Mello practices in the areas of labor and employment law, education law, employee benefits law and litigation, representing public school districts, community colleges, and private employers. She has defended employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination in both federal and state court and before state and federal administrative agencies. She counsels employers in all aspects of employment law including hiring, terminations, reductions in force, performance issues, employment agreements, policies and practices, severance matters, wage and hour issues, I-9 compliance and immigration.

Camille holds an advanced law degree in the area of employee benefit law and she devotes a significant amount of her practice to employee benefit and tax matters. She regularly advises clients on all types of qualified and non-qualified benefit plans, like 403(b) plans, 457 plans, cafeteria plans and flexible spending arrangements. She has designed benefit plans to meet client-specific needs, prepared summary plan descriptions, and drafted and negotiated third party administrator agreements. Camille also works closely with municipal pension funds and advises on public pension matters.
