Camille Cribaro-Mello practices in the areas of labor and employment law and litigation, representing both public and private employers. She has defended employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination in both federal and state court and before state and federal administrative agencies. She counsels employers in all aspects of employment law including hiring, terminations, reductions in force, performance issues, employment agreements, policies and practices, settlement agreements and severance matters, I-9 compliance and wage and hour matters.

Prior to joining Robbins, Schwartz, Camille focused her practice on representing private employers and educational institutions in all aspects of state and federal employment litigation and counseling. She also defended corporate clients against claims of public accommodation discrimination and other civil litigation matters.

Camille's pre-law career includes work as a Human Resources practitioner for a fortune 500 corporation and teaching high school social studies. She is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section, and the Chicago Bar Association.
